Common use of Paid Injury Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Injury Leave. All Bargaining Unit members shall be allowed injury leave with full regular salary not to exceed one hundred thirty (130) workdays for each service connected injury. Injury leave with pay may be extended by the City Council upon such terms as the Council in its discretion may establish.
