Paid Jury Duty Leave. A jury duty leave shall be granted to any employee who is obligated to serve as a juror in court. The employee shall receive full pay for the employee’s regularly scheduled hours of work during such leave, provided the employee informs the Employer within three (3) working days after receiving a jury summons, and provided further that the employee pays over to the Employer all juror fees, excluding mileage, received by the employee. Any employee who is excused from jury service during regularly scheduled work hours shall report for work for the remainder of the day.
