Common use of Paid Jury Duty Leave Clause in Contracts

Paid Jury Duty Leave. Leave of absence without loss of pay shall be given to an employee, other than an employee on leave of absence without pay, or under suspension, who is required to serve on a jury. In such instances, the employee will receive full pay from the Association and in turn will turn over to the Association all remuneration, with the exception of meal, accommodation and travel allowances, received for jury service. The employee will present proof of service and amount of pay received.
