Paid Lunches. The following shall receive a paid lunch from the school cafeteria: All cooks, cafeteria and kitchen employees (dishwashers and computer operators) who work one or more hours per day; All daytime Custodians and Maintenance staff, who clean the cafeteria, maintain kitchen and cafeteria equipment and who assist the cooks with food storage and retrieval. All paraprofessionals who are responsible for supervising and assisting students during the noon hour each day. Only Secretaries for the K-8 grade level that collect and account for lunch monies in their respective schools. Since the furnishing of the above lunches is for the convenience of the employer, the value of the meals will be excluded from the employee’s gross income.

Paid Lunches. Any employee who is on a three shift rotation, and is off the rotation for more than four weeks shall not be paid the twenty minute lunch. They will then be considered off the rotation. The employer shall not abuse this letter. Any employee who works steady day shift shall not receive a paid lunch. (This does not include employees who are on a voluntary shift switch with another employee).

  • User A Person utilizing the Cable Television System, including all related facilities for purposes of production and/or transmission of electronic or other Signals as opposed to utilization solely as a Subscriber.

  • Dark Fiber Loop 2.8.4.1 Dark Fiber Loop is an unused optical transmission facility, without attached signal regeneration, multiplexing, aggregation or other electronics, from the demarcation point at an End User’s premises to the End User’s serving wire center. Dark Fiber Loops may be strands of optical fiber existing in aerial or underground structure. BellSouth will not provide line terminating elements, regeneration or other electronics necessary for AFN to utilize Dark Fiber Loops.

  • Television Equipment Recycling Program If this Contract is for the purchase or lease of covered television equipment, then Contractor certifies that it is compliance with Subchapter Z, Chapter 361 of the Texas Health and Safety Code related to the Television Equipment Recycling Program.
