Cafeteria Workers. At the beginning of each fiscal year, but no later than September, the District will provide five (5) shirts and one (1) pair of non-skid shoes. The District will issue a jacket at least once every three
Cafeteria Workers. Effective August 26, 2013, the regular hours of work for all cafeteria workers covered by this agreement shall vary from four (4) to eight (8) consecutive hours falling between 6:00 a.m. and 3:00 p.m. from Monday through Friday. The work scheduled shall be in accordance with the adopted school calendar (not including holidays as provided in Article V).
Cafeteria Workers. The workday for cooks shall be no more than eight (8) hours and shall include a thirty (30) minute paid lunch period taken as directed by the food service manager. Part-time cafeteria workers shall have work schedules as assigned by the administration. The administration shall not assign cafeteria workers to extra hours unless the administration has first sought volunteers. No cafeteria workers will be assigned to extra hours unless no volunteer suitable to the administration is available.
Cafeteria Workers. The workday for head cooks shall be not more than eight (8) hours with breakfast program hours and shall include minimally a thirty (30) minute duty-free non-paid lunch period. Other full - time cafeteria workers shall have work schedules as assigned by the Administration. The workday shall include minimally a thirty (30) minute duty-free non paid lunch period.
Cafeteria Workers. 1. Stipend for Cafeteria Worker doing cashiering during lunch hours will get an extra $183.00 per year at the Intermediate, Xxxxxxxxx, Middle and Xxxxxxxxx Schools.
2. Cafeteria workers will receive three (3) uniforms per year per employee.
Cafeteria Workers. A. All cafeteria workers shall be scheduled at their respective locations by the cafeteria manager.
B. All cafeteria workers who work four (4) or more hours per day will be entitled to a paid ten (10) minute break period daily scheduled by the cafeteria manager.
C. Cafeteria workers scheduled to work six (6) hours or more shall be given a thirty
Cafeteria Workers. A. Cafeteria workers shall work the days on which lunch is served plus at least four (4) hours per worker on the day before and such portion of the last day and/or day after student attendance as the Cafeteria Manager deems necessary. If lunch is not being served at one attendance center and help is needed at another attendance center, the work shall be made available to regular Cafeteria Staff requesting such work before utilizing substitutes.
B. Hours and shifts shall be determined by the employer.
C. A 15 minute break shall be granted at a convenient time to Cafeteria Employees working more than three (3) hours but less than five hours per day. A 30 minute paid lunch period shall be granted to Cafeteria Employees working at least five (5) hours but less than seven (7) hours per day. A 30 minute paid lunch plus a 15 minute break shall be granted to Cafeteria Employees working seven (7) or more hours per day.
D. When the Head Cook is absent, the First Cook will substitute and receive Head Cook differential. The employee substituting as First Cook will receive First Cook differential.
E. Cafeteria assignments resulting in additional work hours will be offered to qualified Cafeteria Employees on a rotating basis in order of seniority. Once an employee performs or declines an available additional assignment, their name shall be moved to the bottom of the list. Employees who are not able to complete additional assignments as tendered by the Administration must turn down the assignment; assignments will not be changed to accommodate the schedule of the employee. Nothing in this section shall prevent the Board from hiring a substitute employee.
Cafeteria Workers. All days when school is open for students plus any additional days requested by the Board. Any additional days shall be paid on an hourly basis. Twelve month employees with vacation and holiday benefits as stated under “Work Schedule”.
Cafeteria Workers. Cafeteria Workers scheduled to work less than 30 hours per week shall be entitled to one-half of the sick leave benefits available to full-time employees. This means one-half of the allowed days and one-half of the allowed accumulation.
Cafeteria Workers. Leave of absence may be granted by the Superintendent of Schools provided the employee submits the request at least one (1) week in advance of the leave.
