Common use of Paid Personal Days Clause in Contracts

Paid Personal Days. Effective January 1, 2008, all Regular employees will receive one (1) paid personal day per year. (Increased to two (2) paid personal days per year effective January 1, 2009). These days must be used within the year, cannot carry forward from one year to the next, and cannot be paid out in lieu of. Paid personal days will not be unreasonable denied.
