PAID TIME OFF (PTO) LEAVE. 14.1 PTO Leave - PTO leave is earned by regular full-time employees of Yakima County as described below for each month of completed service. Regular part-time employees earn PTO leave on a pro- rated basis according to the hours budgeted for the position. PTO leave is not available to the employee until after having served thirty (30) consecutive days of employment.
