PAID VACATIONS. ‌ (a) Employees covered by this Agreement whose normal workday shall consist of eight (8) consecutive hours of workwork which may be interrupted by a lunch period, and whose normal workweek shall consist of forty (40) hours per week, and who have been employed by the City for a period of at least one (l) year shall receive paid vacations during each year, calculated as follows: (b) Employees who are included in (a) above who have been employed by the City for less than one (1) year shall accrue one (l) day paid vacation for each month of employment to a maximum of ten (10) days.
