Accrual of Vacation Time. (a) (1) Eligible employees who are on the forty (40) hour per week payroll shall accrue 10 vacation hours per month for each completed month of continuous fulltime service except that employees who have completed twenty (20) years of service shall accrue thirteen and thirty-three (13.33) vacation hours for each completed month of continuous full-time service.
Accrual of Vacation Time. Vacation leave may be accrued by unit members to the limit of the number of days which represents the equivalent of earned vacation for a period of two (2) years. (Maximum earned vacation time allowed would be 44-days for a 20-year unit member) A review of unit member’s vacation accrual will occur on June 30 of each year. Any unit member who has accumulated vacation days in excess of the 2-year maximum allocation will have his/her vacation balance reviewed on a monthly basis and will not receive an allocation until his/her cap has been reached. At that time, the days will be allocated through the remainder of the year.
Accrual of Vacation Time a. Accrual of Vacation Time. Members shall accrue vacation leave by pay period at the annual rate set forth in Section 2, below, based upon years of continuous full-time service. A Member may not use any accrued vacation until completion of one (1) year of continuous active service.

Accrual of Vacation Time. From the first day of employment, bargaining unit members will earn paid vacation time based on hours actually worked at rates defined in the table above. Vacation may be used as it is accrued Vacation time will be paid at the bargaining unit member’s current rate of pay at the time of payment/use. If a bargaining unit member leaves the agency or changes positions from a benefit-eligible position to a non-benefit-eligible position, the bargaining unit member will be paid out at their current wage for the accrued but unused vacation hours up to their current maximum accrual balance. The maximum accrual balance for vacation time is stated in the table above.
Accrual of Vacation Time. All regular employees are eligible to accrue vacation benefits. Vacation time shall be accrued on the basis of hours compensated, including hours compensated from an employee’s vacation, sick leave or holiday leave account. An exception will apply when an employee elects, pursuant to Section 9.5, to bank hours worked as compensatory time in lieu of cash payment, in which case vacation shall accrue on the hours worked (rather than hours later compensated from a compensatory time bank). Vacation time shall not accrue on on-call hours or on hours cashed out. Accrual of Vacation Time. Full-time Security Officer (average 35 hours per week) shall accrue paid vacation time as described in Contractor’s proposal; provided, however, that the accrued vacation time of incumbent personnel shall be maintained by Contractor at no additional cost to County.
