Pallets. Returnable pallets from Supplier remain Supplier’s property and must be returned to Supplier at Customer’s expense in good and clean condition. Supplier will invoice Customer for the cost of any pallets supplied and then reverse the invoiced amount provided the pallets are returned to Supplier within thirty (30) days.

Pallets. Where materials are supplied on The Company’s pallets a charge will be made for each pallet. The amount of this charge will be refunded, minus the pallet fee, upon the return of pallets in good condition to The Company’s premises. The customer is responsible for returning the pallets to The Company’s premises.
Pallets. 14.1 Pallets (Chep and Loscam). Where possible, pallets are to be transferred directly to the receiver. Where this is not possible transfers to FOODBOSS TRANSPORT’s and / or FOODBOSS COLDSTORAGE’S account will incur a 30 day delay date. Please see pallet policy guidelines which the Customer agrees to adhere to set out below.
Pallets. 15.1. Pallets and/or crates supplied with Products are not sold to you and do not become your property. You must keep all pallets and crates secure and in good condition in a manner consistent with food and health requirements relevant to the Products until they are collected by or on behalf of us.
Pallets. Products will be shipped to Buyer on CHEP pallets. Buyer will be responsible to establish a lease contract for such pallets directly with the applicable third party and Buyer will pay all costs, fees and expenses relating to CHEP pallets, upon transfer of such pallets to Buyer.
Pallets. 6.1 When an agreement is concluded concerning the loading of goods for consignment on palettes, then Pulcra is, at its discretion to be entitled to supply-/ deliver part of the goods on Euro Pool Palettes of the dimensions: 800 x 1200 mm or on EW 10 disposable palettes. Delivery on Euro Pool Palettes is to be made on an exchange basis, i.e. the same number of empty undamaged palettes is to be provided in exchange for the number palettes – but only Euro Pool Palettes - on which the goods are supplied-/ delivered. Any Euro Pool Palettes, which Pulcra receives damaged in exchange will be invoiced with the repair charges. Non-reparable palettes will be invoiced at re- acquisition value, unless the Customer can show, that it is not responsible for the damage. When the supplies are delivered on EW 10 disposable palettes, the Customer is to be responsible for the re-palettisation and disposal of the palettes. 6.2 Should half- or quarter Euro Display Palettes be used, then these CHEP Palettes, which remain with the Customer and will be collected by CHEP. 6.3 At the request of the Customer, Pulcra will accept back disposable containers at its works of supply at the expense of the Customer. Pulcra is entitled to retain the services of a third party for the collection of the containers at the expense of the Customer. 6.4 The return acceptance of packaging materials, which are not hired-out materials, is subject to the statutory requirements of the German Federal ‘VerpackV – Verpackungsverordnung’ (Packaging Ordinance) in the version valid for time being as well as any supplementarily agreed agreements or regulations. There is to be no obligation upon Pulcra to accept back packaging materials, which are not in the application range of the foregoing Packaging Ordinance.
Pallets. If the consignee does not have a pallet account with Loscam, Chep or other pallet provider (the Pallet Provider) SCT may, on delivery of the Goods, at its option either; (a) transfer the pallet back to the Customers pallet account, or (b) require the Customer to deliver to SCT the same number of pallets as SCT shall have delivered. If the Customer has a pallet account with a Pallet Provider, it agrees that it will remain liable to pay the Pallet Provider for any pallets received by SCT from the Customer for 45 days from the date of receipt of the pallets by SCT after which time SCT will become liable to the Pallet Provider until the pallets are transferred off SCT’s pallet account with the Pallet Provider (a) (Profile) the rate or rates charged by SCT for the Carriage will be determined according to the weight, measurement or value of the Goods (i.e. the profile of the Goods). SCT may at any time weigh, value or measure the Goods for the purpose of determining the charge applicable to the Carriage. (b) (Up-rate) The Customer acknowledges that the rate or rates quoted by SCT for its Services are not fixed and may change (increase or decrease) depending on the profile of the Goods. (c) (Up-rate notification) SCT will notify the Customer of any change to the rate or rates quoted by SCT for its Services as soon as reasonably practicable and before accepting a consignment.

Pallets. Sanofi-aventis shall prepare Products for shipment on pallets certified ISPM 15. The cost of such pallets shall be at sanofi-aventis’ expense. If CPP wishes the delivery of the Products to be on different pallets, CPP shall, at its own cost and expense, make such pallets available to sanofi-aventis at the Facility.
Pallets. Liquid Product will be shipped to Buyer on CHEP pallets. Lozenge Product and Bulk Lozenge Product will be shipped to Buyer on UK pallets. Buyer will, at its discretion, either pay Supplier for such pallets at actual cost or establish a lease contract for such pallets directly with the applicable third party.
Pallets. (a) Anchor agrees to use pallets supplied by AB to package and deliver all of AB's Packed Bottle Requirements pursuant to the terms of this Agreement. Anchor and AB agree that until further notice all such pallets shall be AB's standard 32 x 37 pallet. Both parties agree that the user fee Anchor owes AB for such pallets has been reflected in the Selling Price for Packed Bottles and, as a result, Anchor shall not be required to send any payments to AB in consideration for its use of such pallets. Anchor shall not take title to any such pallets. Anchor shall exercise reasonable care in the use of such pallets, but shall otherwise not be responsible for the replacement or maintenance and repair of such pallets should any of them be lost or damaged due to no fault of Anchor.*** At the expiration or earlier termination of the Term Anchor shall return all such pallets in its possession to AB. (b) Anchor shall purchase on its own account 100% of the pallets, top frames, tier sheets, and all other materials required by Anchor to package and deliver AB's Bulk Bottle Requirements in accordance with the Specifications. Attachment 3.1 specifies the amount Anchor shall be entitled to add to the Base Prices for Bulk Bottles to account for the cost of such pallets, top frames, tier sheets, and other materials and other packaging costs associated solely with Bulk Bottles.
