PARAMEDICAL SERVICES FOR EMPLOYEES AND DEPENDENTS. The plan pays you a benefit for the cost of the following paramedical services if these services are provided by a provincially licensed and regulated medical practitioner - with respect to medical treatment of non- occupational bodily injury or disease received by you or one of your eligible dependents:  Acupuncture  Chiropractic,  Osteopathic,  Massage,  Naturopathic,  Podiatric,  Speech Therapy, and  Homeopathy Payment will be made for the actual charges to you. The maximum annual Paramedical Services benefit payable with respect to all Paramedical Services provided to you and your eligible dependents is $650. Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), limited to $500 per year, subject to the requirement of a medical prescription No benefits are rendered in connection with a surgical procedure. Moreover, no benefits are payable for treatments received in connection with any dental work or treatment, or for eye examinations or for the fitting of glasses, or for diagnostic x-rays, or for drugs or medicines. The treatment must be received while you or your dependents are ordinarily eligible for benefits under this Section.

  • Medical Services Plan 10.1.1 Regular Full-Time and Temporary Full-Time Employees shall be entitled to be covered under the Medical Services Plan commencing the first day of the calendar month following the date of employment.

  • Leave of Absence for Employees Who Serve as Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association An employee who serves as Local Coordinator for the Ontario Nurses' Association shall be granted leave of absence without pay up to a total of thirty-five (35) days annually. Leave of absence for Local Coordinators for the Ontario Nurses' Association will be separate from the Union leave provided in (a) above.

  • Medical Services We do not Cover medical services or dental services that are medical in nature, including any Hospital charges or prescription drug charges.

  • Transportation for Employees Transportation will be provided to employees who are required to work other than their normal working hours, and who must travel to or from their home during the hours between 11:30 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. and when convenient public transportation or other transportation facilities are not available. An employee shall be reimbursed for the cost of commercial transportation within their headquarters area, upon presentation of receipts.
