With various responsibilities, he/she carries out the programs developed by the special education professionals. The paraprofessional works with a specified teacher and is assigned to a particular classroom. The role of the paraprofessional is to provide support to the multi handicapped certified special education teacher in the delivery of services to multi handicapped and deaf-blind children.
