Parent/Teacher Conference Days and Meet the Teacher Night. HIGH SCHOOL/MIDDLE SCHOOL - Two half days in the fall and one-half day in the spring shall be scheduled for parent/teacher conferences. ELEMENTARY - Two half days in the fall and one-half (1/2) day in the spring, with spring conferences scheduled at the teacher’s, administrator’s, or parents’ request. CAREER TECHNICAL EDUCATION – Minimum of one night (3 hours) in the fall for parent-teacher conferences and the additional six (6) hours (3 hours from fall and 3 hours from spring) will be conducted outside contractual hours that correlates to the program. Final approval of hours outside the contractual hours shall be pre-approved by the immediate supervisor. Teachers shall also hold one “meet the teacher night” to be scheduled by administration.   • Parent-Teacher Conferences A. Unit member shall be available at mutually arranged times during the regular school day to confer with parents regarding learning difficulties, student progress and/or behavioral problems a student may be experiencing. Unit members are encouraged to arrange a meeting or conference with parents before or after the regular school day if both time and place are mutually agreeable.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE Section 1. Upon written request by either Party, a pre-job conference will be held prior to the time the Employees of such Employer begin work on the project.

  • Labor Management Conferences The Union and the Employer mutually agree that in the interest of efficient management and harmonious employee relations, meetings shall be held between Union and Employer representatives when appropriate.   • Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Audio Conferencing In lieu of any other rates and discounts, Customer will pay fixed per-minute per bridge rates ranging from $0.0095 to $0.3200 for the following Conferencing Services: Domestic Audio Conferencing: Fixed per-minute rates per participant for domestic Audio Conferencing calls originating and terminating in the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands, based on method. Instant Replay Plus: Fixed per-minute per-participant rates for Instant Replay Plus usage using toll free number access and toll number access.

  • Attendance at Conferences and Conventions (a) The parties to this Agreement recognize that attendance or participation at conferences, conventions, symposia, workshops and other gatherings of a similar nature contributes to the maintenance of high professional standards.

  • SPECIAL CONFERENCES 24.01 Special conferences for important matters will be arranged between the union and the Human Resources Officer or designee, upon the request of either party. Such meetings shall be between the Union representatives and representatives of the Board. Arrangements for such special conferences shall be made in advance and an agenda of the matters to be taken up at the meeting shall be presented at the time the conference is requested. Matters to be taken up in special conferences shall be confined to those included in the agenda.

  • JOINT CONFERENCE BOARD (a) A Joint Conference Board shall be formed which will be composed of the Board of Directors of the Boilermaker Contractors' Association of British Columbia, and Members of Local Lodge 359 as appointed by the Business Manager. The Joint Conference Board shall meet at least once during each calendar year or more periodically upon request.

  • Special Conference A. There may be established under this Article a closed forum hereinafter called "Special Conference". It is understood by the Parties that the Special Conference are not to be construed or utilized as a Grievance Hearing.
