Common use of Parental Leave Entitlement Clause in Contracts

Parental Leave Entitlement. a) A birthing parent who does not take birth parent leave is entitled to thirty-seven or sixty-two (62) consecutive weeks of parental leave of absence without pay from the University. Otherwise, a birthing parent is entitled to thirty-five (35) or sixty-one (61) consecutive weeks of parental leave of absence without pay from the University, beginning immediately after the end of the birth parent leave.
