Parental Leave - Paternity. An employee shall receive Parental Leave of thirty-seven (37) weeks, subject to the following conditions: (a) He becomes the natural father of a child and assumes actual care and custody of his child. (b) He has completed six (6) months employment as of the date of the intended leave. (c) He submits to the Employer an application in writing for Parental Leave at least four (4) weeks before the day specified in the application as the day on which the employee intends to commence the leave.
