Parental Leaves. Maternity Leave 25.01 An Employee shall obtain a Maternity Leave by written application to her research Supervisor. A copy of this request will be sent to Human Resources (Shared Services), and must be supported by a certificate from a legally qualified medical practitioner stating the fact of pregnancy and the expected date of delivery.
