Notification of Pregnancy Leave. The length of the leave of absence, including the date on which the leave shall commence and the date on which the teacher shall resume duties, shall be determined by the teacher and the teacher's physician.

Pregnancy Leave (a) Pregnancy leave will be granted in accordance with the provisions of the Employment Standards Act, except where amended in this provision.
