- Parking Payment. The County shall continue the current practice of providing free parking to all physicians-in- training at the SCVHMC campuses. The County shall reimburse physicians-in-training parking fees incurred during required outside rotations where parking is not provided free of charge in accordance with the County's Travel Policy. When assigned a rotation at Stanford, residents must purchase a monthly parking pass.

- Parking Payment. The provisions of this Section shall apply ------------ --------------- only in the event and with respect to such period of time, if any, that the Developer collects a self-parking charge from users of the Parking Garage. Commencing with the calendar year or partial calendar year in which the Parking Garage is placed in operation, and continuing for each succeeding calendar year or partial calendar of the Term thereafter, the Developer shall pay to the City an annual parking payment ("Parking Payment") equal to twenty five percent (25%) of the Gross Parking Revenues from the Parking Garage for such calendar year or partial calendar year. The Parking Payment shall be due and payable daily and shall be deposited by the Developer into the Holding Account established under Section 5.01 and shall be invested and transferred in accordance therewith.   • Fixed Rent Tenant agrees to pay to Landlord, commencing on the Rent Commencement Date, and thereafter monthly, in advance, on the first day of each and every calendar month during the Original Lease Term, a sum equal to one-twelfth (1112th) of the Annual Fixed Rent specified in Section 1.2 hereof and on the first day of each and every calendar month during the Extended Term (if exercised), a sum equal to one-twelfth of the Annual Fixed Rent as determined in Section 3.2 for the Extended Term.   • Base Rent Lessee shall pay Base Rent and other rent or charges, as the same may be adjusted from time to time, to Lessor in lawful money of the United States, without offset or deduction, on or before the day on which it is due under the terms of this Lease. Base Rent and all other rent and charges for any period during the term hereof which is for less than one full month shall be prorated based upon the actual number of days of the month involved. Payment of Base Rent and other charges shall be made to Lessor at its address stated herein or to such other persons or at such other addresses as Lessor may from time to time designate in writing to Lessee.
