Parking Rental. During the primary term of this Lease, i.e., the Lease -------------- Term specified in Paragraph 1(e) of this Lease, no rentals shall be charged for the parking permits. If Tenant exercises its renewal option pursuant to Rider No. 1 of this Lease, then during the renewal term the rent for all parking permits which are allotted to Tenant pursuant to Paragraph 1 immediately above shall be the rate which is from time to time designated by Landlord as standard for the Building. During any such renewal term, Landlord shall provide Tenant at least thirty (30) days notice of any change in the parking rates, and Tenant shall pay the adjusted rent after the expiration of the 30-day notice period. All payments of rent for parking spaces shall be made (i) at the same time as each Base Rental is due under the Lease and (ii) to Landlord or to such persons as Landlord may direct from time to time.
Parking Rental. The monthly rent for the Reserved Spaces through November 30, 2007 shall equal $35.00 per space (inclusive of applicable sales tax) and the monthly rent through November 30, 2007 for the Unreserved Spaces shall be $17.00 per space (inclusive of applicable sales tax). All payments of rent for parking spaces shall be made (i) at the same time as Basic Monthly Rent is due under the Lease and (ii) to Landlord or to such persons (for example but without limitation, the manager of the Garage) as Landlord may direct from time to time.
Parking Rental. Tenant shall be entitled to use the non-exclusive surface parking available in the Building Complex’s parking lots subject to availability, all of which will be provided at no expense to Tenant during the Term of this Lease. Landlord, at its sole option, shall have the right to assign designated parking spaces to Tenant or designated areas within which Tenant must park at any time during the term of the Lease. Landlord shall be entitled to assign designated areas of the Building Complex’s parking lots for use by particular persons or groups of persons and Tenant shall refrain from parking in such spaces. Landlord reserves the right to temporarily eliminate any such parking for construction, maintenance and repair and replacement of Buildings and improvements in the Building Complex. Landlord shall have no liability to Tenant with regard to the Tenant's use of the parking spaces or with regard to availability of parking spaces for Tenant’s use. Tenant acknowledges that the Building Complex’s parking lots will not be designated for use by Tenant and that Tenant will use the Building Complex’s parking lots in common with all persons who have business within the Building Complex to whom or which Landlord grants the right to use such spaces.
Parking Rental. Total annual rental for the garage, based upon the percentage of total square footage accepted by the Government to date in relation to total building square footage, shall be 42.52% of the annual total garage rental rate or $523,021.51 at a rate of $43,585.13 per MONTH in arrears. Total pro-rated garage rental for January 2003 shall be $26,523.21. ALL OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE LEASE SHALL REMAIN IN FORCE AND EFFECT.
Parking Rental. Per the ratio of space the Government has accepted per this SLA in relation to the total buildings' total square footage, the Government shall pay for an additional 5.8% of the total garage, which equates to an annual parking rental of $71,343.48 at a rate of $5,945.29 per MONTH in arrears. Pro-rated rental for this portion of the garage for March 2003 shall be $5,945.29. TOTAL PRO-RATED GARAGE RENTAL FOR MARCH 2003 SHALL BE $65,592.95. Parking Rental. For the first Lease Year, Tenant is to pay Landlord in advance on the first day of each month as Additional Rent for each reserved Parking Space the monthly sum of $120 and for each unreserved/unallocated Parking Space the monthly sum of $85. Parking Rental. On the execution date of the Lease, the monthly rate for each unreserved parking space is $0.00 plus applicable sales tax and the monthly rate for each reserved parking space is $0.00 plus applicable sales tax. Landlord shall provide Tenant at least thirty (30) days notice of any change in the parking rates at the Garage and the giving of such notice shall be deemed an amendment to this Agreement and Tenant shall thereafter pay the adjusted rent. All payments of rent for parking spaces shallbe made (i) at the same time as Basic Monthly Rent is due under the Lease and (ii) to Landlord or to such persons (for example but without limitation, the manager of the Garage) as Landlord may direct from time to time.
