Common use of Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Bargaining Unit Members. ‌ The City shall offer combined dental and vision care insurance coverage for part-time bargaining unit members. Regular part-time bargaining unit members may elect to enroll in combined dental and vision care insurance pursuant to Article 21.2.1 above and the City will contribute a percentage of the premium equaling ninety-five percent (95%) of the bargaining unit member's authorized position full-time equivalency (FTE) towards the selected coverage. The regular part-time bargaining unit member will be responsible for the balance of the combined premium through payroll deductions. If the regular part-time bargaining unit member does not select coverage, no cash payment will be made in lieu of the insurance.
