Part-time Dispatchers. The Police Department Administration makes a statement that during each contract year it will endeavor to allocate a reasonable amount of funds consistent with the availability thereof from City Council, so as to give Dispatchers a commensurate opportunity to attend classes, seminars and training sessions. State mandated requirements for all department personnel will have highest priority.
