Common use of Part-Time Employee Coverage Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Employee Coverage. 7 In the event the County elects to employ part-time employees in 8 positions covered by this Agreement, the County will bargain with the Association 9 regarding the terms of coverage, consistent with applicable law.
