Common use of Part-Time Prorate Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Prorate. Benefits for employees employed on a part-time basis shall be prorated according to the percentage of time per eight hour day employed by the Board. Less than full year part- time employees will continue to have the same percentage of benefits paid during the summer months as paid during the school year.
