Common use of Part-Time Regular Employees Clause in Contracts

Part-Time Regular Employees. A Part Time Regular employee is one hired to fill a part time on-going position vacated by a Part Time Regular employee or to fill a new part time position which is of a continuing part time nature. Part Time Regular employees will work according to a regular part time schedule with regular days and hours of work. A Part Time Regular employee shall not work more than seventy per cent (70%) of the normal monthly hours as established in Article 13.
