Part-time Scheduling. i) All available prescheduled shifts shall be scheduled equitably up to their commitment among the regular part-time nurses in each unit over a posted schedule. The Employer will endeavour to schedule the commitment in each pay period. If after equitable scheduling there remains an uneven distribution of shifts and commitment has not been met, the remaining shifts will be scheduled by seniority.
