Part-time Vacation Pay. Effective upon the first full pay period following September 16, 2011, the Employer will cease paying out vacation pay to part-time employees biweekly. The Employer will continue to calculate the part-time employee’s vacation pay biweekly on the same basis as previously, however, the Employer will retain the biweekly vacation pay in a vacation bank for the employee to be paid out when the employee takes her vacation or the employee may request the vacation pay in the pay period before their vacation. Such request must be made at the time the vacation request is made. Where possible without extensive programming changes, the amount of vacation pay will be separately identified on the pay stub.
