Common use of Part-time Vacation Pay Clause in Contracts

Part-time Vacation Pay. Part-time employees shall receive 6% (effective April 01.2006) and 7% (effective April 01.2008) of their regular straight time earnings in respect of vacation pay, payable on each pay cheque.

Part-time Vacation Pay. ‌ Part-time employees shall be entitled to vacation pay in the amount of 4% of the employee’s earnings to be paid in each bi-weekly pay. Part-time employees who have completed three (3) or more years of service with the Employer, on the basis of the calculation outlined in article 10.02(c), shall instead receive vacation pay in the amount of 6% (effective April 01.2006) and 7% (effective April 01.2008) of their regular straight time the employee’s earnings to be paid in respect of vacation each bi-weekly pay, payable on each pay cheque.
