Part-time Vacation Pay. Subject to maintaining any superior conditions concerning vacation entitlement, vacation entitlement shall be as follows: A part-time employee who has completed less than hours of continuous service as of September 30th shall receive of gross earnings. The Hospital will contribute the same portion towards the billed premiums of these benefits plans as currently contributed by the Hospital to the billed premiums of active employees.
