Partial Unpaid Leave of Absence. 10.13.4.1 Regular unit members may take a partial unpaid leave by accepting less than a full-time assignment. In such leaves regular unit members shall continue to fulfill the appropriate pro rata share of regular full-time duties. Written request for such leave shall be submitted to the Superintendent/ President three (3) months in advance. With the mutual consent of the District and the bargaining unit member, this time line may be waived. Partial unpaid leaves may be extended with District approval.
