Participating Teacher. A Volunteer Participating Teacher is a teacher who volunteers to participate in the Mentoring Program. The purpose of participation in the Mentoring Program for the Volunteer Participating Teacher is for assistance only, and the Mentor Teacher shall not participate in a performance review of the Volunteer Participating Teacher. Volunteer Participants may submit requests for support at any time, and may terminate his or her participation in the Mentor Program at any time.
