PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. The participation in any offered program of the United States Department of Agriculture or other federal, state, or county government agencies for crop production control, soil and water conservation, disaster assistance, price or revenue support, or other purposes will be discussed and decided on an annual basis or when the original contract expires. The course of action agreed upon shall be placed in writing and signed by both parties. A copy of the course of action so agreed upon shall be made available to each party.
PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. The participation in any offered program of the United States Department of Agriculture or other federal, state, or county government agencies for crop production control, soil and water conservation, or other purposes shall be at the following option: Participation or non-participation shall be at the option of the Owner. The Operator agrees to preserve the cropland acreage bases allowed under the USDA program provisions and shall not combine this parcel with another farm unit for governmental program purposes without written permission from the Owner.
PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. Parties represent and warrant that they are not now subject to exclusion from any federal or state health care program and that no basis for such exclusion currently exists. Parties agree to advise the other Party immediately, in writing, if any state or federal government agency notifies the Party that it is taking action to revoke the Party’s participation in any federal or state health care program, or if the same or substantially similar services as those furnished under this Agreement are the subject of inquiry, investigation or adverse action by any governmental agency.
PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. The Seller shall take all actions necessary to cause the Hospital to be in compliance with the conditions of participation for the Government Programs and to receive all approvals or qualifications necessary for capital reimbursement.

Regardless of the above option selected, the Operator agrees to preserve the cropland acreage bases allowed under USDA program provisions and shall not combine this parcel with another farm unit for governmental program purposes without written permission from the Owner. PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. In the event, and only in the event, if it is applicable to this Agreement, the Medical Director: (a) is, and will remain at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, authorized to participate in the Medicare and state Medicaid programs and shall comply with all conditions of participation or other requirements applicable to participation in such programs; (b) has, and will maintain at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, all the necessary qualifications, certifications, licenses and/or accreditations required by federal, state and local laws and regulations to provide the Services covered by this Agreement; (c) will provide the Services in accordance with the professional standards and principles applicable to their profession; and (d) is not now subject to exclusion from any participation in any federally funded health care program, including Medicare or Medicaid.

Corporation and each of its employees who perform Services on behalf of the Corporation pursuant to this Agreement: (a) are, and will remain at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, authorized to participate in the Medicare and state Medicaid programs and shall comply with all conditions of participation or other requirements applicable to participation in such programs; (b) have, and will maintain at all times throughout the term of this Agreement, all the necessary qualifications, certifications, licenses and/or accreditations required by federal, state and local laws and regulations to provide the Services covered by this Agreement; (c) will provide the Services in accordance with the professional standards and principles applicable to their profession; and (d) are not now subject to exclusion from any participation in any federally funded health care program, including Medicare or Medicaid.
PARTICIPATION IN GOVERNMENT PROGRAMS. The participation of the Real Estate in any offered program by the United States Department of Agriculture for crop production control or soil conservation shall be Landlord's option. Payments from participation in these programs shall be divided 0 % Landlord and 100 % Tenant. Landlord to receive 100% of cost share payments for soil and water conservation practices. The parties agree that FSA program crops shall be planted in acreage sufficient to maintain the FSA base acreage of these crops. Landlord will receive 100% of all CRP payments.
