PASSENGERS WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. 23.1 USC is committed to providing its Passengers with an unrivalled vacation and does not discriminate on the basis of disability. By booking the Cruise, you warrant that you, and those travelling with you, are physically fit to travel at the time of embarkation. Boarding will be denied to any person who will enter her third trimester (twenty-seventh week) of pregnancy by the time of the Cruise or during the cruise. You must notify USC at the time of booking of any disability or other medical or physical condition that may require special assistance during the Cruise. Your failure to do so will release USC from any liability for loss, damages or other compensation arising from or related in any way to such disability or condition. USC and Cruise Line reserve the right to require that any passenger who is not self-sufficient travel with a companion who shall take responsibility for any assistance needed during the Cruise and in case of emergency.

Passengers that require a medical oxygen tank must notify the Airline at least 72 (seventy-two) hours prior to the flight’s scheduled departure. Those passengers that require the use of a ventilator, respirator or continuous pressure machine for the respiratory system or personal portable oxygen must notify the Airline at least 48 (forty eight) hours before scheduled departure. If a Passenger needs an additional seat, in accordance with Volaris security procedures he/she shall request such seat when purchasing or booking the Ticket, in order to be informed of the cost of said seat. Pregnant women, infants, unaccompanied minors during their transportation, shall request the necessary services upon purchasing their Ticket, to the extent required or permitted by applicable law. The passengers with any disability do not have to present any medical document that supports that condition, except in the following cases:

Neither FIRST CLASS CRUISES nor ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP shall have any liability for damages or losses you suffer because you are not physically fit to travel. Pregnant women are highly recommended to seek medical advice before travel at any stage of their pregnancy. Women who will be up to 23 weeks pregnant by the end of the Cruise are required to produce a medical certificate of fitness to travel. ROYAL CARIBBEAN GROUP cannot for health and safety reasons carry passengers who are 24 weeks or more pregnant at the time of embarkation and shall have no responsibility or liability for damages or losses of any kind suffered by such Passengers during the Cruise.   • Local Control Center, Metering and Telemetry The NTO shall operate, pursuant to ISO Tariffs, ISO Procedures, Reliability Rules and all other applicable reliability rules, standards and criteria on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, a suitable local control center(s) with all equipment and facilities reasonably required for the ISO to exercise ISO Operational Control over NTO Transmission Facilities Under ISO Operational Control, and for the NTO to fulfill its responsibilities under this Agreement. Operation of the NYS Power System is a cooperative effort coordinated by the ISO control center in conjunction with local control centers and will require the exchange of all reasonably necessary information. The NTO shall provide the ISO with Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (“SCADA”) information on facilities listed in Appendices A-1 and A-2 herein as well as on generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to the NTO’s transmission facilities pursuant to the ISO OATT. The NTO shall provide metering data for its transmission facilities to the ISO, unless other parties are authorized by the appropriate regulatory authority to provide metering data. The NTO shall collect and submit to the ISO billing quality metering data and any other information for its transmission facilities required by the ISO for billing purposes. The NTO shall provide to the ISO the telemetry and other operating data from generation and merchant transmission resources interconnected to its transmission facilities that the ISO requires for the operation of the NYS Power System. The NTO will establish and maintain a strict code of conduct to prevent such information from reaching any unauthorized person or entity.

  • Infrastructure Vulnerability Scanning Supplier will scan its internal environments (e.g., servers, network devices, etc.) related to Deliverables monthly and external environments related to Deliverables weekly. Supplier will have a defined process to address any findings but will ensure that any high-risk vulnerabilities are addressed within 30 days.

  • Required Coverages For Generation Resources Of 20 Megawatts Or Less Each Constructing Entity shall maintain the types of insurance as described in section 11.1 paragraphs (a) through (e) above in an amount sufficient to insure against all reasonably foreseeable direct liabilities given the size and nature of the generating equipment being interconnected, the interconnection itself, and the characteristics of the system to which the interconnection is made. Additional insurance may be required by the Interconnection Customer, as a function of owning and operating a Generating Facility. All insurance shall be procured from insurance companies rated “A-,” VII or better by AM Best and authorized to do business in a state or states in which the Interconnection Facilities are located. Failure to maintain required insurance shall be a Breach of the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Carrier Lines All Participants acknowledge that the Transaction of Message Content between Participants is to be provided over various facilities and communications lines, and information shall be transmitted over local exchange and Internet backbone carrier lines and through routers, switches, and other devices (collectively, “carrier lines”) owned, maintained, and serviced by third-party carriers, utilities, and Internet service providers, all of which may be beyond the Participants’ control. Provided a Participant uses reasonable security measures, no less stringent than those directives, instructions, and specifications contained in this Agreement, the Performance and Service Specifications, and the Operating Policies and Procedures, the Participants assume no liability for or relating to the integrity, privacy, security, confidentiality, or use of any information while it is transmitted over those carrier lines, which are beyond the Participants’ control, or any delay, failure, interruption, interception, loss, transmission, or corruption of any Message Content or other information attributable to transmission over those carrier lines which are beyond the Participants’ control. Use of the carrier lines is solely at the Participants’ risk and is subject to all Applicable Law.

  • Trunk Group Architecture and Traffic Routing The Parties shall jointly engineer and configure Local/IntraLATA Trunks over the physical Interconnection arrangements as follows:

  • Fueling delivering or dispensing fuel, defueling and refueling, or any other transfer of fuel on Airport property.

  • Catering Cafeteria style of serving meals will be acceptable, providing dishes are carried back by the Culinary Staff. The food shall be of good quality and have the approval of the Camp Committee of the Building and Construction Trades Council of Ontario. There shall be sufficient housekeeping staff supplied by the Culinary Workers to keep the bunkhouses clean, and beds shall be made up each day by such staff. Kitchen facilities, equipment and food supplies shall be subject to inspection by the duly authorized Camp Committee at any and all times and further all grievances shall be dealt with by said Committee.

  • Passengers THE CARRIER shall be liable for damages resulting from the death of a Passenger or any bodily injury sustained by a Passenger if the act causing the damages took place on board the aircraft or during boarding or deboarding operations.
