Patient Care Committee. A Patient Care Committee shall be established to consist of an equal number of representatives elected by the staff nurses and representatives of nursing administration. An Association Nurse Representative or designee may attend the committee meetings on a paid time basis at his/her regular rate of pay. The Hospital recognizes the responsibilities of the Patient Care Committee to recommend measures objectively to improve patient care and will duly consider such recommendations and will so advise the committee of action taken.
