PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS, ETC. (a) All employees covered by this Agreement shall be paid not less frequently than on a bi-weekly basis all wages earned by such employees up to and including the day of payment.
(b) Each pay day the Employer shall provide each employee with an itemized statement in respect of all wage payments. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked including overtime, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.
(c) Where there is an error on a pay cheque this shall be corrected and any monies owing be paid not later than two (2) working days from the date the Employer's payroll official is notified of the error, or a five percent (5%) penalty on the amount owing will be paid to the employee involved for each day the error is not corrected.
(d) Whenever Canada Savings Bonds are issued for sale, the Employer shall make same available to its employees who desire same and make such deductions as are necessary.
(e) The Employer shall, where it receives written authorization from any employee, make payroll deductions and remit same on behalf of such employee to the United Civic Savings Credit Union.
(f) The Employer shall record on each employee's T-4 slip, the total Union dues deducted and submitted on behalf of that employee.

(b) The Employer shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement on each pay day with an itemized statement in respect of all wage payments. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked including overtime, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.
(c) Where there is an error on a pay cheque this shall be corrected and any monies owing be paid not later than two (2) working days from the date the Employer's payroll official is notified of the error, or a five percent (5%) penalty on the amount owing will be paid to the employee involved for each day the error is not corrected.

15.02 The Employer shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement on each pay day, with a separate or detachable written or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payments to such employee that can be clearly interpreted by an employee. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked, total overtime hours worked, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.
15.03 When there is an error of short payment or any other type of error, this shall be corrected and any monies owing be paid not later than the next pay day, or sooner if error is of a major nature, from the date the Employer's payroll official is notified of the error.
15.04 Whenever the Canada Savings Bonds are issued for sale, the Employer shall make same available to its employees who desire same and make such deductions as are necessary.
15.05 The Employer shall recognize the United Services Credit Union and shall, where it receives written authorization from any employee, make such payroll deductions and remit same on behalf of such employee to the United Services Credit Union.
15.06 The Employer shall record on each employee's T-4 slip, the total Union dues deducted and submitted on behalf of that employee.

15.02 The Employer shall provide every employee covered by this Agreement on each pay day, with a separate or detachable written or printed itemized statement in respect of all wage payments to such employee. Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked, total overtime hours worked, the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.
15.03 When there is an error or short payment or any other type of error, this shall be corrected as soon as possible. However, when an employee is short paid fifty ($50.00) or more, a cheque will be issued within three (3) days of an employee's request for payment to cover the shortage. If less than fifty ($50.00), it will appear on the following pay cheque and if no pay cheque has been issued, the employee will be paid out of xxxxx cash.

Such statement shall set forth the total hours worked, total overtime hours worked (either time and one-half (1 1/2) or double time), the rate of wages applicable and all deductions made from the gross amount of wages.
15.03 Where there is an error of short payment or any other type of error, this shall be corrected no later than the next pay cheque.
15.04 The Employer shall record on each employee's T-4 slip the total Union dues deducted and submitted on behalf of that employee for the year.
PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS, ETC. 14.01 Pay Days All employees covered by this Agreement will be paid not less frequently than every second Friday, all wages earned by such employees to a day not more than seven (7) prior to the day of payment. Payment shall be by cheque at the Employer’s option, and if the cheques are available they will be given out at 3:00 p.m. or later on the preceding Thursday. Employees may opt to have their pay cheque directly deposited into their bank account and there is no cost to the employee for this. Pay stubs will be provided by pay day.

PAY DAY AND PAY STATEMENTS, ETC. Pay periods shall be semi monthly with payment being made:
(i) Mid month pay will be the last administrative working day prior to the 15th, with all pay due up to and including shifts on the 15th.
(ii) End month pay shall be the last administrative working day of the month and shall include all pay entitlement up to and including the last calendar day of the month.
(iii) All earnings paid to an employee for shifts not yet worked, which the employee fails to complete will be recovered from the very next pay cheque or where termination may result, from any outstanding entitlements to holiday pay.

The employer shall indicate on each employee’s T-4 slip the total amount of union dues submitted on behalf of the employee.
(c) Whenever the Canada Savings Bonds are issued for sale, the Employer shall make same available to its employees who desire same and make such deductions as are necessary.
