Pay for Overtime on a Statutory Holiday. If an employee works overtime on a statutory holiday which calls for a premium rate of pay as provided for in this article, the employee shall be paid overtime at the rate of time and one half (1-1/2) the premium statutory holiday rate for all hours worked beyond those provided for in Article 20.02.
