Pay for Regularly Scheduled Work on a Paid Holiday. An employee who has completed his probation period and is not scheduled to work on the above paid holidays shall receive holiday pay equal to one day’s pay. An employee who has completed his probation period and is scheduled to work shall be paid at the rate of time and one half (1 ½) plus another day off with pay, in lieu of holiday pay, at a time mutually agreed upon by the employer and the employee, provided he has worked his last scheduled shift prior to the holiday and his first scheduled shift subsequent to the holiday unless through sickness or other just cause.
