Pay for Working General Holiday. In the event it shall be necessary to operate any or all departments, including factory services, on any of the said General Holidays, all time worked shall be paid for at the rate of double time (2x).

Pay for Holidays Worked (a) When an employee is required to work on a designated holiday, the employee shall be paid compensation, or given compensatory time off, for such work at the rate of time and one-half the employee’s regular rate of pay, in addition to regular pay received for all hours worked for the holiday.

Annual Holidays (i) On completion of 12 months continuous service an employee shall be entitled to annual paid leave of 4 working weeks.
