PAY PERIODS, & PAY DATES. Support Staff Employees shall be paid on alternate Fridays. Employees are responsible for utilizing electronic time clocks and turning them into the immediate supervisor each week. If a pay date falls on a holiday or during a school vacation, then Employees shall receive their pay on the last regular scheduled business day, prior to the commencement of such holiday or vacation. All employees will be required to provide financial information in order for the district to facilitate direct deposit of payroll checks. If an employee declares that this creates a hardship, they will have to maintain on file in the Superintendent’s office a request to continue to receive their check in paper form. In order to realign the schedule of biweekly payments so that the first check of a new contract year is not issued before the contract year begins for the 2010-11 contract year.

  • Pay Dates Pay dates shall be on the fifteenth (15th) and the last day of each month.

  • Pay Periods 1. Where the Previous Collective Agreement does not provide for twice-monthly payments of annual salary, the following shall become and remain part of the Collective Agreement.

  • Overtime-Eligible Employees Unpaid Meal Periods The Employer and the Union agree to unpaid meal periods that vary from and supersede the unpaid meal period requirements required by WAC 000-000-000. Unpaid meal periods for employees working more than five (5) consecutive hours, if entitled, will be a minimum of thirty (30) minutes and will be scheduled as close to the middle of the work shift as possible, taking into account the Employer’s work requirements and the employee’s wishes. Employees working three (3) or more hours longer than a normal workday will be allowed an additional thirty (30) minute unpaid meal period. When an employee’s unpaid meal period is interrupted by work duties, the employee will be allowed to resume their unpaid meal period following the interruption, if possible, to complete the unpaid meal period. In the event an employee is unable to complete the unpaid meal period due to operational necessity, the employee will be entitled to compensation, which will be computed based on the actual number of minutes worked within the unpaid meal period. Meal periods may not be used for late arrival or early departure from work and meal and rest periods will not be combined.

  • Pay Period The term “pay period” denotes compensation earned during the first (1st) day through the fifteenth (15th) day of each calendar month, or compensation earned during the sixteenth (16th) day through the last day of each calendar month. There shall be twenty four (24) pay periods in each calendar year.

  • Anniversary Dates Except as may otherwise be provided for in deep class resolutions, anniversary dates will be set as follows:

  • Payment Dates Interest accrued on each Loan shall be payable, without duplication:

  • Lump Sum Payments If, during the Employment Period, the Company terminates the Executive's employment other than for Cause, or the Executive terminates employment for Good Reason, the Company shall pay to the Executive the following amounts:

  • Effective Dates This Letter of Understanding shall take effect for all grievances filed on or after February 1, 2022. This XXX shall expire upon successful ratification of a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms. Should a Memorandum of Agreement with respect to central terms not be successfully ratified, the parties will meet within thirty (30) calendar days of the unsuccessful ratification vote to either extend or terminate this XXX. If this XXX is terminated, the parties agree to move grievances filed under the interim procedure back to the appropriate central or local grievance procedure and to their respective steps in those procedures.
