Payday and Paychecks. 184 Payday shall be every other Friday. When a payday falls on a holiday, employees shall be paid on the day immediately preceding the holiday. 185 Employees upon written request may direct automatic deposit of their paycheck to a bank or saving institution of their choice provided such bank or institution participates in the National Automatic Clearing House Association. Employees electing automatic deposit shall receive a check stub or equivalent information each pay period indicating all payments made. 186 Paycheck shortages shall be paid by no later than the end of the next business day upon request of the employee; otherwise, paycheck shortages shall be paid on the next pay period or per applicable law.

  • Compensation and Payment 3.1 Consultant’s fees shall be calculated at the rates set forth in the attached Exhibit A. The Maximum Compensation for the performance of Services within the Scope of Services described in Exhibit A is ten thousand five hundred eighty-five dollars and no/100 ($10,585.00) as set forth in Exhibit A. County shall review such invoices and approve them within 30 calendar days with such modifications as are consistent with this Agreement and forward same to the Auditor for processing. County shall pay each such approved invoice within thirty (30) calendar days. County reserves the right to withhold payment pending verification of satisfactory work performed.

  • Compensation and Payment Terms (a) Contractor’s fees for the Services shall be calculated at the rate(s) set forth in Exhibit “A” attached hereto. The Maximum Compensation to Contractor for the Services performed under this Agreement is Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars and 00/100 ($25,000.00). In no event shall the amount paid by County to Contractor under this Agreement exceed said Maximum Compensation without an approved change order.   • Orders and Payment You will be invoiced upon execution of and according to the terms of an order. All fees due to us will be payable, in full and in the currency listed on an order, thirty (30) days from the date of the invoice, and will be deemed overdue if they remain unpaid thereafter. All fees are net of any taxes, which will be your responsibility, except for taxes on our income. Any dispute to an invoice must be raised within thirty (30) days from the date of invoice or the invoice will be deemed correct. You agree to negotiate in good faith a prompt resolution of any disputed amounts. If any undisputed invoice governed by this Agreement remains unpaid for 30 or more days after it is due, we may, without limiting our other rights and remedies, accelerate all unpaid fee obligations under all orders so that all amounts payable by you become immediately due and payable. In addition, any amounts which remain unpaid after the due date will be subject to a late charge equal to one and one-half percent (1.5%) per month or the highest rate allowable by law, whichever is lower, from the due date until such amount is paid. Except as otherwise noted, all orders are firm and not subject to cancellation, return, refund or offset by you.

  • Billings and Payments Billings and payments shall be sent to the addresses set out in Appendix F.

  • Expense Accrual and Payment Services (1) For each valuation date, calculate the expense accrual amounts as directed by the Trust as to methodology, rate or dollar amount. (2) Process and record payments for Fund expenses upon receipt of written authorization from the Trust. (3) Account for Fund expenditures and maintain expense accrual balances at the level of accounting detail, as agreed upon by USBFS and the Trust. (4) Provide expense accrual and payment reporting.

  • Settlement Funding and Payments 4.1 Payments from the Gross Settlement Amount. Within 5 business days of the Effective Date, the Administrator will send Class Counsel and Defendant’s Counsel the account information so that Defendant can wire the GSA and the Employer Taxes. Within 10 business days after Defendant funds the Gross Settlement Amount, the Administrator will mail checks to the Participating Class Members, Aggrieved Employees, the LWDA, Class Counsel, and Class Representative pursuant to the allocations set forth in Section 3 of this Agreement. Disbursement of the Class Counsel Fees Payment, the Class Counsel Litigation Expenses Payment and the Class Representative Service Payment shall not precede disbursement of Individual Class Payments and Individual PAGA Payments. 4.2 Uncashed Checks. Settlement checks that are not cashed within 120 calendar days from the date of issuance by the Administrator will be voided. The Administrator shall transmit the funds represented by such voided checks in conformity with the Code of Civil Procedure Section 384, subd. (b) to Bet Tzedek (“Cy Pres Recipient”).

  • Deposits and Payments A $1,000 per person deposit is required with your reservation. A second deposit in the amount of $2,000 is due 11/14/24. Final payment is due 2/13/25. All payments can be made by credit card or check.

  • Invoices and Payments 5.5.1 The Contractor shall invoice the County only for providing the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work specified in this Contract and in Exhibit A - Statement of Work. The Contractor shall prepare invoices which shall include the charges owed to the Contractor by the County under the terms of this Contract. The Contractor’s payments shall be as provided in Exhibit B (Payment Schedule) and the Contractor shall be paid only for the tasks, deliverables, goods, services, and other work approved in writing by the County.
