Payday. 1. Payday shall be the fifteenth (15th) day of the month and the last day of the month. (g) No employee shall return to work following regular payday that has not received his wages for the previous period.
(h) Every employee laid off or discharged shall be paid full wages immediately and receive a termination slip stating the reason for termination. Direct deposit shall not be allowed for discharged or laid off employees.
(i) In the event the terminated individual is not paid in full, waiting time, at the regular rate of pay for the day shall be charged until payment is made.
(j) The Employer shall pay workers quitting a job, in full, within seventy-two (72) hours of the close quitting time. Employers shall have the option to direct deposit, if direct deposit had been previously agreed to, or mail the quitting employee their check to the employee’s desired address.
