Payment and entitlements. 7.6.2(a) Employees (other than casual employees) must be allowed the public holidays prescribed in 7.6.1 without loss of pay. 7.6.2(b) Employees (other than casual employees) who would normally work on the day of the public holiday and are not required to work on such day will be paid at ordinary rates of pay as if they had worked their normal number of hours on that day.
