Payment for Accrued Vacation. An employee who terminates in good standing after completion of one year of employment shall be paid all accumulated and unused vacation not to exceed 200 hours of pay. An employee who terminates in good standing after completing six months of employment, but less than one year of employment, shall be paid all accumulated and unused vacation not to exceed 40 hours of pay.
