Payment for Extra Curricular Activities. Coaches shall be given the option of receiving payment of their salaries either at the end of the season, including playoffs, or installments throughout the season, in three (3) installments if coaching a Xxxxx sport and in four (4) installments if coaching a Xxxxxxxxx sport. Coaches who wish to receive their salaries in installments must make the request in writing on a specified form provided by the District prior to the beginning of the season. Otherwise, he/she shall be paid at the conclusion of the season. A teacher performing an extracurricular assignment other than sports shall be paid for this assignment throughout the year or the duration of the assignment on the same schedule as she/he has chosen to receive regular salary payments.

Payment for Extra Curricular Activities. 1. For serving as a duly appointed advisor to an organized student group, a teacher will be paid in accordance with Appendix D, attached.
Payment for Extra Curricular Activities. The School District will determine the number and kind of extra-curricular activities (such as clubs, intramural sports activities, interscholastic sports activities, yearbooks and newspapers, adult recreation, evening school, summer school, summer recreation, etc.) to be carried on as separate programs which are not necessarily a part of the normal school activities. These activities are not considered a part of the standard services furnished by bargaining unit members for which agreed-upon salaries are shown on pages 9-12. In the event that bargaining unit members are utilized to conduct extra-curricular activities as noted above, the additional stipend to be paid for such extra services by members of the bargaining unit will be as follows and under the following conditions:

  • Reimbursement for Expenses Consultant shall not be reimbursed for any expenses unless authorized in writing by City.
