Payment for Medical Examinations. Agency shall pay for all examinations ordered or offered whether conducted by the agency’s physician or employee’s physician. Employees must pay for a medical examination conducted by a private physician (or practitioner) where the purpose of the examination is to secure a benefit sought by the employee.

Payment for Medical Examinations. Additionally, the Company shall reimburse employees up to a maximum of $75.00 upon receipt of fees for the cost of medical examinations required by licensing authorities to maintain their Class 1, Class 3, or Class 3 with Air license that is required in the performance of their job.
Payment for Medical Examinations. 6.1 An employee required to take a periodic medical examination during off-duty hours shall be allowed payment of three (3) hours' pay at the basic rate applicable to the class of service last performed. Payment shall be over and above the guarantee and shall not be included in the accumulation towards one hundred and sixty (160) hours.
