Payment for Ongoing Services. 14.4 We have a range of ongoing services we can provide to ensure that your personal recommendation is reviewed frequently and remains relevant to your changing circumstances. This service can be cancelled at any time. The frequency and amount of the charge will depend on the service you choose and is usually made by standing order on the 1st of every month. However, some providers may allow Ongoing Adviser Servicing Fees to be paid from the value of the investment. Ask your adviser for our “Ongoing Servicing Support” document for more details.

Payment for Ongoing Services. 15.4 Details of these different levels of services are contained in our Service Proposition and Engagement document. We will agree separately the level of on-going services at the time of, or prior to, making our recommendation(s) to you. Typically, our costs range from 0.5% to 1% per annum but usually paid monthly in arrears based on the respective value. Where we agree to provide ongoing services, you can choose to cancel this at any time by providing us with written confirmation of your decision. Payments would then cease within 7 business days or after collection of any due proportion of any period charges if later. The charges listed above can be deducted from your investments or paid directly by you as you decide.
Payment for Ongoing Services. Any products we have arranged for you will only be kept under review as part of an ongoing service for which you have agreed to pay. Our ongoing services are optional, but if you agree to purchase an ongoing service, unless otherwise agreed, the ongoing service will be provided as a follow up to the initial service. Our charges for ongoing services will be agreed with you in advance and can be paid to us either by Standing Order, cheque, direct credit to our Bank account or by deduction from your investment on a monthly, quarterly, six-monthly or annual basis. Ongoing services can be cancelled at any time by informing us in writing but please note that we do reserve the right to charge you for services we have provided before cancellation. Where our charges are based on a % of your investments, the amount of our ongoing charges may increase as the size of your fund grows. In some circumstances we may receive ongoing payments (commission) from product providers relating to existing investments you hold. Such payments may be taken into account when determining the charges for ongoing services. We’ll discuss and agree this with you where relevant. We can offer you three levels of ongoing services designed to provide periodic reviews to ensure that recommended products remain relevant to your circumstances. This service is provided at a charge of between 0.5% and 1% of assets under management E.G. If £50,000 of assets are under management the annual fee would be between £250 and £500 per annum, or the hourly rates listed above in section 13. The ongoing fees/service will be agreed at outset, can be cancelled at any time and is not compulsory. CLIENT MONEY 14 For your additional security we do not handle client’s money. We never accept a cheque made out to us (unless it is a cheque in settlement of our fees or other charges or disbursements for which we have sent you an invoice). We do not handle cash. Cheques for payment will be required to be paid direct to the insurance provider. ACCOUNTING TO YOU 15 We will make arrangements for all your investments/contracts to be registered in your name unless you first instruct us otherwise in writing. You have a right to inspect copies of contract notes and entries in our records in relation to transactions on your behalf. In that request we reserve the right to give you copies of such documents rather than access to the original records. We will forward to you all documents showing ownership of your policies as soon as practicable after we receive them. Where a number of documents relating to a series of transactions is involved, we will normally hold each document until the series is complete and then forward them to you. FINANCIAL SERVICES COMPENSATION SCHEME (FSCS) 16 We subscribe to the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations. This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
