Payment for Testing. Agencies will pay for random, reasonable suspicion, post-accident and return to duty testing. If an employee wants additional tests conducted, the employee pays for the test. As used herein, a drug test may include both the initial test and confirmation of a single specimen. Where an employee with a positive alcohol/drug test result is offered a last chance agreement by the Agency, which the employee signs, the Agency will pay for the first six (6) follow-up tests required by the certified substance abuse professional.
Payment for Testing. Agencies will pay for the initial and confirmation tests. If an employee wants additional tests conducted, or if the tests are required under a last chance agreement, the employee pays for the test. Testing will be for substances listed in Part 40.21(a).

ii. For testing done at home on a non-work day: $20 stipend.
iii. No stipend is due if the employee is otherwise paid for the day (e.g. a travel day).
iv. Producer may individually negotiate testing payment with those who are working under the Basic, the ASA, or the NY Local Agreements for work outside the limits of the U.S., its territories and Canada.
Payment for Testing. Unless otherwise required to be provided by the DB pursuant to the terms of the Contract, the Owner shall secure and pay for all Project testing.

ii. If working for another employer and the test is administered between call time and wrap, there shall be no stipend due.
iii. The stipend can also include up to one hour of COVID-19 training and start paperwork.
iv. No stipend is due if the employee is otherwise paid for the day (e.g. a travel day).
