Payment for work on. SUNDAYS On Sundays, employees shall be paid at one and one-half times (1 ½x) of their basic hourly rate for all hours worked up to 6 hours and at double time (2x) of their basic hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 6½ hours. “M”12.03 shall not apply.

Payment for work on a public holiday If employees are required to work on a public holiday, they will be paid at a rate of 250% for each hour worked.
Payment for work on a public holiday shall be in terms of the Public Holidays Act, 1994 as amended from time to time.
Payment for work on a public holiday An Employee required to work a public holiday will be paid double time and a half (250%) of their ordinary hourly rate as set out in Schedule 1.
