Common use of Payment of Accrued Personal Leave Clause in Contracts

Payment of Accrued Personal Leave. (i) Subject to the provisions of the Workplace Relations Act 1996 (Cth), an employee with more than 15 days Accrued Personal Leave is entitled to request to forego an amount of that leave entitlement for an equivalent amount of pay, provided that the employee must retain an accrual of the equivalent of 15 days of Accrued Personal Leave. (ii) The requirements in clause (e) must be satisfied before any payment can be made.

Payment of Accrued Personal Leave. (ii) The requirements in clause (e) must be satisfied before any payment can be made.
