Team Leader Allowance. 60.1 An employee at a salary level up to and including the Band 2 maximum may be appointed as a team leader if he or she is responsible for supervising a work team comprising:
(a) 4 or more employees occupying the same classification level as the employee (or directly supervised contractors performing work duties equivalent to an employee occupying that classification level); or
(b) less than 4 employees occupying the same classification level as the employee (or directly supervised contractors performing work duties equivalent to an employee occupying that classification level), in circumstances where the team is working away from regular oversight or direction on a permanent basis, and the CEO approves the appointment.
60.2 Appointments as team leader are based on skill and competency to perform the task (with competencies to be drawn from leadership or management courses provided and/or endorsed by PWC), and may apply to a single project or for work of a continuous nature, provided that the appointment operates for a minimum of two (2) weeks duration.
Team Leader Allowance. 35.6.1 This allowance as set in Schedule 2 Table 2, is payable where an Employee is required to undertake supervisory duties/responsibilities on any shift or part thereof greater than one hour in duration.
35.6.2 This allowance is not payable where:
35.6.2.1 the Employee's substantive classification denotes supervisory responsibilities;
35.6.2.2 the Employee is undertaking the full responsibilities of a higher classification and therefore the higher duties provisions of this Agreement would apply.
Team Leader Allowance. 56.1 An employee classified as Trade Technical or Operator/Maintainer, at a salary level up to and including the Band 2 maximum may be appointed as a team leader if he or she is responsible for supervising a work team comprising:
(a) two or more employees occupying the same classification level as the employee (or directly supervised contractors performing work duties equivalent to an employee occupying that classification level); or
(b) less than four employees occupying the same classification level as the employee (or directly supervised contractors performing work duties equivalent to an employee occupying that classification level), in circumstances where the team is working away from regular oversight or direction on a permanent basis, and the CEO approves the appointment.
56.2 Appointments as team leader are based on skill and competency to perform the task (with competencies to be drawn from leadership or management courses provided and/or endorsed by Territory Generation), and may apply to a single project or for work of a continuous nature, provided that the appointment operates for a minimum of two weeks duration.
56.3 Team leaders will receive a fortnightly allowance equivalent to 5.6% of the Territory Generation Band 2.3 fortnightly salary rate.
56.4 An employee appointed as a team leader shall have the allowance paid during periods of recreation leave.
Team Leader Allowance. When the Employer chooses to appoint Team Leaders and the teacher accepts, the person shall be appointed for one (1) year, with the provision for reappointment by mutual consent. The Team Leader shall be paid an allowance as per the table below. This allowance shall be provided in two
Team Leader Allowance. An employee who assumes the responsibilities of the Team Leader role, as described in Schedule C of this agreement, will be entitled to a leading hand allowance. The amount of the allowance is specified in Schedule B of this agreement. An employee who is not a Team Leader and who temporarily assumes the role of a Team Leader will be entitled to receive the team leader allowance as a higher duties allowance, in accordance with clause 23.2.1 (team leader allowance), only if the employee assumes the supervisory responsibilities of the role.
Team Leader Allowance. This is clause 60 in the current Agreement. There is no change to this clause.
Team Leader Allowance. In addition to the salaries prescribed above a team leader (previously known as leading hand) allowance will be paid at the rate of 5% of the respective deemed salary level. This will then become his/her actual deemed salary.

3.2 The minimum requirement for an employee to be appointed a Team Leader shall be one day. Provided that a minimum one days notice by the Company (or one days team leader rate in lieu) will be required to release a Team Leader from his/her Team Leader role.

Team Leader Allowance. An Employee who is not appointed to Level 3, who works as a Team Leader on a temporary basis will be paid a weekly allowance of $100 per week. This allowance is paid for the Employee acting in a supervisory role, and is not payable in respect of any absence from work.
