Payment of Grant Funds and Method of Payment. CITY may, a) transfer to SUB-RECIPIENT, equipment or services purchased with grant funds; or, b) reimburse SUB-RECIPIENT for the purchase of authorized equipment, exercises, services or training upon receiving prior written approval from CITY or its designee and in accordance with grant guidelines and in full compliance with all of the SUB-RECIPIENT’S purchasing and bidding procedures. SUB-RECIPIENT shall specify the equipment, exercises, services or training to be purchased using the Application for Project Funding. A copy of this document will be provided to SUB-RECIPIENT by CITY. If additional copies of the document are needed, SUB-RECIPIENT may contact the Santa Xxx Xxxxx Coordinator and it will be provided. Funds may be used for planning, exercises, organizational and training activities, and the purchase of equipment as described in Section 202 above.

Payment of Grant Funds and Method of Payment. The City of Los Angeles shall disburse to Subrecipient its allocated Grant amount of Four Hundred Fourteen Thousand, Four Hundred Fourteen Dollars ($414,414.00) to be used for purchase of equipment, planning, exercises, organizational activities, and training as described in Section 202 above. Such Grant amount represents the amount allocated to Subrecipient in the FY 11 XXXX xxxxx budget as approved by the Grantor. The disbursement of such funds shall be made on a reimbursement basis only. Subrecipient shall maintain procedures to minimize the time elapsing between the award of Grant Funds and the expenditure of funds to be reimbursed by such Grant Funds.

Subrecipient agrees to obligate and expend the Grant funds in the trust fund (including any interest earned) during the period of the Grant. Grant funds (including any interest earned) not expended by the end of the grant period must be returned to the City to be returned to the Grantor no later than 90 days after the end of the Grant period, along with the final submission of the Federal Financial Report (FFR Form 425). Disbursement of such funds shall be made up on execution of this Agreement and receipt of Grant funds by the City from the Grantor.

  • Time and Method of Payment (Amounts Distributed by the Administrative Agent). Except as otherwise provided in Section 4.02, all amounts payable to any Funding Agent or Investor hereunder or with respect to the Series 2021-1 Class A-1 Advance Notes shall be made to the Administrative Agent for the benefit of the applicable Person, by wire transfer of immediately available funds in Dollars not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date due. The Administrative Agent will promptly, and in any event by 5:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the same Business Day as its receipt or deemed receipt of the same, distribute to the applicable Funding Agent for the benefit of the applicable Person, or upon the order of the applicable Funding Agent for the benefit of the applicable Person, its pro rata share (or other applicable share as provided herein) of such payment by wire transfer in like funds as received. Except as otherwise provided in Section 2.07 and Section 4.02, all amounts payable to the Swingline Lender or the L/C Provider hereunder or with respect to the Swingline Loans and L/C Obligations shall be made to or upon the order of the Swingline Lender or the L/C Provider, respectively, by wire transfer of immediately available funds in Dollars not later than 1:00 p.m. (New York City time) on the date due. Any funds received after that time on such date will be deemed to have been received on the next Business Day. The Co-Issuers’ obligations hereunder in respect of any amounts payable to any Investor shall be discharged to the extent funds are disbursed by the Co-Issuers to the Administrative Agent as provided herein or by the Trustee or Paying Agent in accordance with Section 4.02, whether or not such funds are properly applied by the Administrative Agent or by the Trustee or Paying Agent. The Administrative Agent’s obligations hereunder in respect of any amounts payable to any Investor shall be discharged to the extent funds are disbursed by the Administrative Agent to the applicable Funding Agent as provided herein whether or not such funds are properly applied by such Funding Agent.

  • Method of Payment Subject to Section 9.01(c), distributions required to be made to Certificateholders on any Distribution Date shall be made to each Certificateholder of record on the related Record Date either by check mailed to such Certificateholder at the address of such holder appearing in the Certificate Register or by wire transfer, in immediately available funds, to the account of any Certificateholder at a bank or other entity having appropriate facilities therefor, if such Certificateholder shall have provided to the Certificate Registrar appropriate written instructions at least five Business Days prior to such Distribution Date.

  • GRANT FUNDS The Provider will not commingle grant funds (payments and reimbursements made under this Agreement) with other personal or business accounts. The U.S. Department of Justice, DOJ Grants Financial Guide does not require physical segregation of cash deposits or the establishment of any eligibility requirements for funds which are provided to a Provider. The Provider’s accounting systems must ensure grant funds are not commingled with funds on either a program-by-program or a project-by-project basis. Grant funds specifically budgeted and received for one project may not be used to support another. Where the Provider's existing accounting system cannot comply with this requirement, the Provider will establish an additional accounting system to provide adequate grant fund accountability for each project. In accordance with the provisions of section 287.0582, Florida Statutes, if the terms of this Agreement and reimbursement contemplated by this Agreement extend beyond the current fiscal year, the OAG's performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement are contingent upon an annual appropriation and spending authority by the Florida Legislature. In addition, the OAG’s performance and obligation to reimburse under this Agreement is contingent upon the OAG's Victims of Crime Act award, as funded through the U.S. Department of Justice, Office for Victims of Crime formula grant program.

  • Payment Options  Paper Invoice - Supplier submits a paper invoice to the organisation as standard for each purchase order received.  Embedded Purchase Card - This payment option allows the supplier to charge the cost of the goods/services provided to a VISA/MasterCard electronic Purchasing Card (ePC) belonging to a Contracting Authority. The supplier shall receive payment from VISA/MasterCard therefore negating the need to provide an invoice to the Contracting Authority.  Consolidated Electronic Invoice - Supplier submits a single invoice covering multiple purchase orders in an electronic file.  Self-Billing - Once the Goods Received Note (GRN) has been entered on PECOS P2P, a payment instruction is automatically sent to the Contracting Authority’s finance system to make payment to the supplier for the goods/services received.  Electronic Invoices - Supplier submits an electronic invoice either directly to PECOS P2P/relevant system (cXML) and/or via the SG eInvoicing Solution, which can go again direct to PECOS P2P or a Contracting Authority’s finance system.
