Monthly Management Fee definition

Monthly Management Fee has the meaning set forth in the Management Agreement.

Examples of Monthly Management Fee in a sentence

  • If Manager invoices Owner for the Monthly Management Fee and/or reimbursable expenses, such amounts shall be due and payable on or before the seventh (7th) business day after Owner's receipt of the invoice.

  • The Monthly Management Fee will be due and payable on or before the tenth (10th) day after Owner's receipt of an invoice from Manager with respect to and showing the amount of Monthly Gross Collections received, if any, during the immediately preceding month.

More Definitions of Monthly Management Fee

Monthly Management Fee means the amount payable to Energy Manager as set forth in Section 8.1.
Monthly Management Fee means the fee payable by Owner to Manager as provided in any Supplement, it being understood and agreed that the Monthly Management Fee payable shall be pro-rated in the case of periods less than one month.
Monthly Management Fee means, with respect to any calendar month commencing with the month in which the Execution Date occurs, a fee equal to one-twelfth of the budgeted amount of annual management expenses to be incurred by the Lessor, adjusted at the end of each calendar year to equal the actual amount of expenses for such year. The Incentive Fee and corresponding hurdles are as follows: Hurdle Quarterly Incentive Fee Project exceeds NOI as indicated in the then in-place Operating Budget For each dollar favorable to the NOI as indicated in the approved Operating Budget, Manager shall earn $0.25 due and payable within thirty (30) days after the close of each Fiscal Quarter throughout the Term.
Monthly Management Fee has the meaning set forth in Section 6 hereof. “Operating Account” has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof. “Overdraft Protection Amount” has the meaning set forth in Section 5(a) hereof. “Owner” has the meaning set forth in the preamble hereof.
